Just finished watching the Silver Linings Playbook movie, starring Bradley Cooper and Jennifer Lawrence. It was absolutely amazing. The two

played their characters with brilliance, and Robert DeNiro played his part as Bradley's character (Pat)'s father equally as well. It was a beautiful film,

and one that resonated with me. I suffer from anxiety disorder, and so I know at least a little of what those characters were feeling throughout

the film. It had me crying, laughing, and genuinely concerned for the people in that world. And the thing is, it's real. There are people like that out

there; like me, maybe like you. It makes you rethink some things in life. And really, there can be silver linings in the darkest of shadows, in the

darkest and worst of times. You just have to remember to look for it.

Life sucks sometimes, but I know we can all make it through somehow. We can go to hell and back, and many of us have. We'll be scarred and

wounded, sometimes feeling as though a poison is seeping through us that we can't control. I know those feelings all too well. But we can all do it.

We can make it through.

This film has a beautiful message, and I highly recommend it to all of you who see this journal. It was amazing, and so relatable to so many people

like myself. It sheds more light on an important thing, something that needs to happen.

Just remember. If you try your hardest, and don't give up, you have a shot at a silver lining.
